  1. Hello,
I breed rabbits for a living and they stay outside all of the time. Rabbits as well as any mammal is prone to getting fleas and ticks. I have two things that will keep those nasty insects away:

    1) Provide sulfur water for them to drink. If you don’t have sulfur water use a sulfur lick. You can buy sulfur licks at your local feed store. The sulfur in the licking block will help there body to repel all insects. They usually come in 50lb blocks. Take this block and break it up and put a chunk in the cage with your rabbit.

    2) Go buy some flea and tick oil for CATS ONLY and apply this to the rabbit in between their ears and shoulder blades. You do not want to buy oil that is for weights over 5lbs.
