From my understanding it is an essential oil or a fragrance oil. What is an essential fragrance oil? Anyway, be clear (for yourself) what you are attempting to buy. Yes you can make perfume with fragrance (synthetic) oil and have wonderful longlasting scent. However, it is essential oils that provide the therapeutic qualities of scent.
