  1. The best choice IMO would be the fish oil because the DHA and EPA from flaxseed has to be converted from the ALA in the flaxseed. Sometimes, our body doesn’t do this very efficiently. Try to get your fish oil in the form of oil, not gel capsules. You get more per serving and your GI tract won’t have to break open the capsule to get to the oil. Although, drinking straight up fish oil will leave your mouth with a fishy after taste.
