i bought essential oil by mistake once, but i didn’t care and used it as it was. worked just the same but did stink! on my bottle it says
"mix 1ml of essential oil with 100ml of a carrier oil, such as sweet almond oil"
i think witch hazel will be okay.
water won’t work cos you’re using oil. so it won’t mix. it’ll just separate and sit on the top, you know?
