Rose & Vanilla synthetics are combined together, these two scents together in the right amounts make up the scent of baby powder.

That is a good question bg. I will take a guess NOTHING smells like it I know of. It’s unique. Which leads me to believe that it is a labratory made fragrance with no natural analogue.
