I have a feeling the oils you have are fragrance oils and not essential oils. Boronia is an absolute and hard to come by (and expensive), so you probably wouldn't have one just floating around, I've never heard of a rose essential oil called "English rose" and there is definitely no such thing as "wildflower" essential oil. You most likely have chemical/synthetic perfume oils (fragrance oils).

Those are very different from essential oils, and aren't used medicinally at all. You can use them for fragrance though. You can heat them in an oil warmer, add a couple drops to a cotton ball and stick it in a drawer, add a drop to a hidden seam in your clothes to use kind of like perfume, basically use them where ever you want to. If you were planning on using them on your skin (I wouldn't) be very careful, since you don't know what's in them.

In my opinion, fragrance oils have nothing on the full aroma of essential oils, but there's no reason to let them go to waste if you like the smell. Remember though, they aren't essential oils, and they aren't to be used medicinally.
