  1. Jeanne Rose’s ‘The Aromatherapy Book’ and Victoria Edwards ‘The Aromatherapy Companion’ are both very user friendly with suggested blends and comprehensive lists of essential oils and their uses. They are both good for beginners.

  2. 375 essential oils by Jeanne Rose - has complete list of essential oils and 50 of hydorsol. This book is not meant to be used as a guide to using the oils and their applications. You should search for other books.
