I think that that would be fine, but careful not to overdo it, you don’t want to over tone your skin because that could irritate it.
Just so you know, a really great brand of toner is Clinique, I’ve used it for 4 years, it’s amazing!

yes, I made my own with tea tree oil, witch hazel, mint rubbing alchol and rose water. I would shake and spray to my face worked like a charm against acne.
