  1. Take a spray bottle filled with water(distilled if you can) and add 20-30 drops of tea tree essential oil. Tea tree oil is both anti-viral and anti-bacterial. After class just spray down your mat and towel dry.

    Other oils you can blend with the water if you like are lavender, peppermint, cedarwood, chamomile and eucalyptus.
