  1. I’ve used rosemary, peppermint, tea tree… and they stimulated my hair to grow faster. But using essential oils warrants caution because they should be diluted before use because they can cause irritation or blood poisoning if used incorrectly.

  3. I saw a thread on essentialdayspa.com the other day about oil treatments for hair, can’t find it now, but maybe you could search there. It’s a fantastic resource!

  4. Some essential oils are very strong i would do a little more search then just asking on yahoo answers. essential oils can be used for everything seriously! they have a book that tells you which oils are good for what.. i have it but i don’t want to search for it, sorry. anyway one of my friends put cooking oil on her curly hair (yes i know, crazy) it looks a little burned but it didn’t fall off and i think it got straighter (but i wouldn’t try that if i were you)

there’s this new thing called KERATIN (keratina in spanish-speaking-countries) its very good, you do it like every 4-6 months (depending on hair) it makes your hair softer and not frizzy but it wont change it too much just make it more beautiful :)

  5. yeah, no they don’t make your hair grow faster
some like peppermint promote hair growth
ALSO you can’t just use essential oil by itself
you need a carrier oil, like jojoba (which is the best)
    tea tree oil
    coconut oil
    castor oil
    and mix the carrier oil
