The cinnamon scented refill is nice. It lasts about a month before you have to replace the refill. A good tip that will last a very very long time is to put vanilla into your paint when painting a room and the scent will be in your house for years to come. Plus you can sniff around the store to figure out what scent you like, you can get anything from fruits to flower smelling ones to even perfume-y type smelling ones. Honestly they work really well. (And if you're listening to the people who say it's bad because of.... whatever. There are fragrant oils that you can use a tea light to heat that work equally as well, only you have to watch them to see when the oil runs out.
