Tea tree oil is good to heal cuts, bruises & scars though & it also helps to bring down any hot spots. You'll be able to find a few tea tree oil shampoos around that are made for dogs that have sensitive skin. These shampoos won't help to repel ticks though. Just use Frontline PLUS. It will help to repel fleas for 1 month long. No it does NOT kill them but it does help to repel them because it has a strong smell.
