But hes right about fragrance oils doing nothing. I wouldn't put them in your bath at all, you may get an allergic reaction, skin rash, itchiness etc.. they are used just for that 'fragrance' nothing else, and most are synthetic anyways and will just do much more harm than good the guy above me’s wrong…essential oils have numerous healing properties and have been used for thousands of years.
