No it won’t kill the eggs, over the counter medicines don’t either. What you have to do is wait about a week and apply the tea tree oil again, that way when these eggs hatch you kill them before they lay eggs. I had to wait every week and I did it about three times.

I also made sure to check my hair with a comb to get some nits out.

Nooooo, tea tree won’t help. Go to the doctors and get some proper shampoo.

lice dont like the tea tree oil.
it doesnt kill them though. it HELPS get rid of them,
and keep them away. it doesnt kill them. you probably just dont see them.

my ma puts it in our shampoos =]
its pretty expensive to buy the
tree oil.
like 12 bucks for a small bottle.
if you have lice,
there is spray that you can spray your house that kills them.
you will want to vacuum your whole house a couple times. and wash all your bed sheets and dry them on high.
and stuff you put in your hair that kills them.
you might want to do a couple treatments.
you can find the stuff at meijers or walgreens. places like that. the shampoos usually come with a lice comb too =]

there is stuff you can aget at the doc that works better.
but if you dont feel like paying a bunch of money get this stuff =]

and dont for get to treat EVERYONE in your house.

tea tree oil does help though =]
i recommend putting it in your shampoo.
i personally love the smell of it too.

and dont forget to boil your hair brushes, so it kills all the lice and their eggs.
if there are eggs, there are lice. put pillows in plastic bags [[stuffed animals too]], and freeze them for 48 hours [[i recommed putting them in the dryer on high though]].
