I would talk to an herbalist online just to be sure based on what's in it, but there's very few essential oils that should cause a problem if they are just being applied topically. Perhaps look up the manufacturer of your oil blend as well and see if they say anything about avoiding while pregnant.

There are some essential oils you should NOT use. Google it and you will find many pages with list of oils not to use. Some of these used to be used for old time abortions.

I would guess 'yes' as most stretchmark creams are designed to be used by pregnant women, but pregnancy is not a time for 'guessing'! So you would have to look at the manuracturers website or google the ingredients or post this same question on a pregnancy forum website.

But please remember that these creams and lotions that are sold to 'alleviate' stretchmarks are actually VERY inefficient and you'd probably be better off just spending your money on something else.

If you read the wording carefully you'll see that it is written very carefully to imply that it will cure stretchmarks but it doesn't actually say so - a lot of words that give that impression but without actually saying it.

Stretchmarks are largely down to genetics and how much weight we gain and how quickly etc...

There really aren't any reliable 'cures' for them which come out of a bottle or tube.

Embrace them as a medal of honour or a badge of motherhood!

Congratulations too! Hope you have an easy birth and all goes well for you and don't worry about stretchmarks - much like childbirth itself there's little point of worrying about something unless worrying can help us to avoid it!

Lol, congrats again and good luck with everything! :)
