  4. Be sure to purchase essential oils and not fragrance oils which are synthetic chemicals.
    The health food stores carry small bottles, less than an ounce. Make sure they are dark glass and PURE essential oils.
    The health food store will have information about each oil, how to use it and cautions. I know the NOW brand has a brochure with details on each oil and their uses.
    Remember, these oils are concentrated and not to be used neat (full strength) on the skin. So use care when working with your aromatherapy and enjoy. It works wonders for me.

    It’s curious why someone would give a thumb’s down for this information. I have worked with eo’s for 15 years and passed on some important information.

  6. lavender is for sleep, ginger is for energy, jasmine in for sensuality, bergamount is to help comfort, and eucalyptus is to help relax. bath and body works has some really great products in aromatherapy. they are essential oil based and have a ton of vitamins that are great for your skin!
